Welcome to 09MS

Right after 09dvp group left, we welcomed a new group today. It is the start of "Media Strategy for Community Enlightenment" course. This time, we have 12 participants from six different countries. Because the participant from Viet Nam has not arrived here yet, we start the training with eleven people.
