PCM (Project Cycle Management)

As the introductory subject of the final production, PCM workshop was provided.
PCM short for Project Cycle Management.
First, our big brother Tom gave a lecture on PCM. Analysis on problems in our institute was the issue in the workshop. We had a hot session on it!

It was a good practice to be a facilitator too. Like Boi in this photo, some participants took turns to experience being a facilitator.
